Dan is the MAP Director for the North Campus. He grew up in Anoka, MN and played for the Anoka High School Tornadoes, where he earned all-conference honors. He began his post high school hockey career playing in the USHL for two years with the Des Moines Buccaneers. Upon completing his tenure with the Buccaneers, Dan played collegiately at Northern Michigan University from 1999-2003. After four years with NMU, he played four additional years of professional hockey. Dan played for the Fort Wayne Komets of the UHL, the Miami Manatees of the WHA2, and the Amarillo Gorillas of the CHL. He also spent time playing oversees in Asia. Dan brings a hardworking, no nonsense attitude to the MAP and the players he works with. He is passionate about helping players develop both on and off-ice and looks forward to working with players who strive to improve their game to the next level. Dan is a machine in the weight room and enjoys putting players through various types of intense workouts. He understands the importance of a quality off-ice workout routine and pushes players to the max.

Josh grew up in White Bear Lake, MN playing his youth hockey for the White Bear hockey association. He attended White Bear Lake high school, in which they made a State Tournament appearance in 1998. After graduating high school, 'Liebs' continued his hockey career collegiately at the University of Wisconsin-Superior where he was fortunate enough to be an integral part of a team that won the National Championship in 2001-2002. Liebs then went on to play professional hockey for a total of 8 years as a forward in many different leagues, including: SPHL, ECHL, Asian League, Germany, and Holland. He prides himself on his offensive and scoring abilities and his ability to teach those skills to all players he works with. He also has coaching experience at the high school level and is well versed in team training as well as individual player development.
Scott was born and raised in Rochester, MN and played his high school hockey for the Mayo Spartans. While a Spartan, he played in the State Tournament and was All-State along with a Mr. Hockey finalist his senior year. After high school, Scott joined the Colorado College Tigers where he spent five years playing for the WCHA powerhouse. Scott's senior year he was captain and led the Tigers to a WCHA championship along with an NCAA Tournament berth. Following his collegiate career, Scott played four years of professional hockey, two of which were overseas. Scott spent time in the ECHL, CHL, Dutch Erdivisie, French League Magnus, and Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL). While playing overseas, Scott switched from his natural forward position and played defense, noting his passion for power skating as the reason he was able to make the transition so late in his career. Scott has a wealth of knowledge obtained from his international experience and has learned under some of the games top coaches. He prides himself in his ability to teach both ends of the ice and loves working on skating techniques. He is excited to be part of FHIT and looks forward to passing on his knowledge and helping players obtain their true potential
Fish is the R4 Director of Player Advancement. Fish is from Anoka, MN where he grew up playing youth and high school hockey. After graduating he moved on to play junior hockey in the NAHL for the Alexandria Blizzard. Fish's play in the junior ranks caught the eye of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where he played four years. Recently he has worked as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for four seasons with the Alaska Avalanche/Wichita Falls Wildcats in the NAHL. Fish has worked with many different camps and youth programs during his career and understands how to get through to kids. His job is to train our elite players and help them move on to the next level. He is also assisting high school players with their advancement needs by working closely with the R4 Scouting Reports and Junior A programs.
Brad is a Minnesota native, born and raised in St. Louis Park. Brad attended St. Louis Park high school where he helped the Orioles to the State Tournament in 1998. Brad was also a two-time all-conference selection in his high school career. Upon graduating, Brad went on the play two years in the USHL with the Twin Cities Vulcans and the Tri-City Storm. While with the Vulcans Brad was a part of the National Championship team in 1999-2000. Brad's performance during his Junior A career earned him a spot with Minnesota State, Mankato. Brad enjoyed a great Division I hockey experience, playing all four years with Minnesota State University, Mankato Mavericks. After his collegiate career ended, Brad continued his hockey career professionally with stints in the ECHL, UHL, and CHL. In total, he tallied 5 years as a professional player. Brad also has coaching experience, a year with the Bantam Tier 1 team at Shattuck-St. Mary's. He also most recently served as the head coach for Mounds View JV. Brad believes that consistency and adaptabillity are two key ingredients that every hockey player should possess. He is excited to be a part of the FHIT Players team and looks forward to the challenges in helping players reach their ultimate potential. He takes great pride in passing on his knowledge and experience he has gained onto aspiring hockey players.
PJ Atherton has been playing hockey for over 20 years. He began playing in the Edina Youth Hockey Association. PJ went on to play varsity hockey for the Edina Hornets where he participated in two state tournaments and was an all-conference selection.
After high school PJ went on to play two seasons in the USHL for the Cedar Rapids Roughriders. While in the USHL PJ was a two-time selection to the All-Star/Top Prospects game and played for Team USA at the World Jr A Challenge.
Following his career in the USHL PJ committed to play for his hometown University of Minnesota Golden Gophers, realizing a life-long dream. While playing for the Gophers PJ won a national championship in 2002-2003. PJ achieved another life-long goal when he was selected in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning.
After enjoying a four-year career and the University of Minnesota PJ turned pro with the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League. PJ has enjoyed a five-year professional career playing both in North America as well as Europe.
PJ has been coaching hockey players for six years. He brings the same passion and intensity that made him successful as a player to his coaching. He has learned under some of the best coaches in the world including Don Lucia, Mike Guentzel and Mike Babcock. With this passion,intensity and knowledge PJ's goal is to develop hockey players that can achieve higher goals than he has.
Jason brings 15 years of coaching, teaching, developing, and helping players advance to the next level. Bergie established the Minnesota Scouting Report and was the Minnesota Head Scout with USHL Central Scouting for three years. Before moving back to the Twin Cities, Jason developed his own player advancement and sports marketing company in Chicago. He coached with the Chicago Young Americans AAA Organization at the PeeWee, Bantam, and High School levels. Many of the players Jason has helped are currently playing in College or Juniors. “I have taken my experience, along with my love for the game, and created a player development and advancement program unlike any camp, clinic, league, recruiting service or training facility in the world. Our formula challenges players and offers them the ability to train in an atmosphere they will truly enjoy”.
